Yes our chart includes the NY-close.

To be more specific our daily candle ends at 12pm GMT+2 time which is 5pm New York time, which is the NY close.

1) Could you name a few benefits of choosing UK/FCA over Cyprus/CySEC?

2) Would you agree the FCA in the UK is a more experienced, more professional regulator?

For clarification purposes, FxPro consists of two regulated entities;
- FxPro Financial Services Limited, authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘CySEC’) (license no. 078/07)
- FxPro UK Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) (reg. no. 509956)

With regards to your first question, FxPro does not offer advice in terms of which entity (and subsequently regulator) a prospective client should choose.

We carefully recommend, prior to selecting the entity under which a prospective client would be interested in opening an account with, they understand the differences in services that are offered and regulatory standings; this information can be found on our official website.

Thanks for the reply FxPro.

To all other members: I'm a full-time trader and am looking into switching to FxPro. I have spent a lot of time on the live chat and emailing back and forth. I have to say, live chat support is very fast and helpful. Emails with lots of detailed questions get answered quickly as well. And as it seems, there's active support on this forum too.
I'm also impressed by their systems, meaning backoffice website and webtrader software.

1) do you offer negative balance protection?

2) have you been affected from SNB?

3) Do you have any current promotions for new clients?

4) Are you only NDD or also DD ?
