like wise... positive data from US didnt play much role today. 1200 has only strengthened today. I see 1240 this coming week. "IMO"

I don't agree with a long position here, GDP will beat, unemployment will keep ticking down until about 3% ... lots of room for gold to go straight down IMO.
Just another bull trap to short.

I think Skyzer got turned off and left this place since 90% of those that post here just short over and over from any spike, it drives him nuts, LOL

I dont agree with unemployment will reach 3%, that is like almost impossible to do in a developed western countries. but 5% is still a respectable data.

GDP might have some good result but i highly doubt it, the oil price is still an issue as USA had switched over to a major Oil exporter just last year. this oil price issue might take awhile for USA to recover, unless they find another major product to export...Gold Iphone?

overall, i expect USD/usa data to drop abit more till around April or May, re bounce once the low unemployment rate plus wages growth kick in, we might be able to see mid 2015 to 2016 to be a good year for USA.

for now i will stack more USD and short more Gold(waiting for Oanda new leverage rules to kick in, in april) as the bad USA data keep filtering in.

My short view was wrong.. it was actually a very BAD call.. nevertheless, I got lessons I deserved.. learning goes on..

There maybe a correction around the corner, but, I won't bet hard on that.. On monthly TF.. I think we got Bears on way.. but, right now.. Bulls won't give up over night exception a correction.

Well maybe eventually but a down move from this point would take a while. I would observe the market till the start of next week before deciding if I need to make a move with the bears or stick with the trend.

After recalculation I see Gold price was very very close to out in take profit and now sma300 on 15min give support

So I close 80% of the profit now...

Good luck with that my man, I have learned to live with these brokers and their inconsistencies when it comes to price execution as long as I end up with more than 90% of my would-be profit and which broker do you use by the way? Again I see that price just touched your TP exactly and ran back up...are you sure you are not being watched?

You for not need to call your broker, in short position, price needs to move a a bit below the take profit before take profit is been executed, this always happen because of spread

Not really, the BID price is always what you input when making an order and also what is displayed on your charts/candles (at least for most brokers) so as long as the price did hit his BID price as shown on the charts it should be executed the only question would now be if he factored the spread into his TP, if he didn't then the profit would be short the cost of spread.

Been researching other Forex pairs.. promising results by far.. I should be sure about what I'm doing within a week or two.

I have not traded Gold in the last few days.. been awaiting ripe time.. been awaiting certain easy patterns.. My risk appetite has been low, failed to catch the top around 1210-1220

Feeling a bit bearish right now but the first few days of next week should re-affirm my position...meanwhile let the dust settle for this week.
