I wouldn't take 1220 as anything now, it should be something like 1215 as soft support followed by 1205. Breaking below 1205 will put forth the dive back to 1180 levels. My analysis at least.

Short might be way to go today. Looking for Gold to fall through that spike low at 1218 that happened overnight.

As long as it stays above that we could possibly see 1230 again. Hard to tell as of now. Gold is being stubborn

Think I'll just stick with trading EU going forward. Gold seems to be very highly manipulated and kamikaze PA lately. It makes no sense at all. My sense is it's being manipulated higher for whatever reason. Sooner or later, the rug will be pulled from underneath gold, reality will sink in and it will plummet. Till then. Enjoy your profits longs.

Trendline broken,price is going to test 1st level resistance @1237 then 2nd level resistance @1254, my long term target is around @1380 level

Eventually you are right but it's early for this . still we have un finshed work bellow 1160 - 1140

I'm already half way through.. I can generate like a couple of calls a month which should be like 100% right.. one needs tremendous patience to wait for those ops.. I need at least a couple of calls from my systems every week with at least 80-90% success rate..

Currently testing the algos on historic data.. tedious & lengthy..

Short setup is cancelled so far, a shame i didn't go long instead of waiting for a higher move.

I guess a short setup should be on for tomorrow

There is no reason this should not hit the daily area that caused the lows at 1131, last high on the daily did not break anything on the way down so most recent highs of dec 10th should be taken out no problem, will be looking to short again in the zone 1244 1254 oct highs on the daily

i thought it would hit 1170 before the bulls would start building long positions but it seems that US is losing ground despite the good data over the past weeks. since positive us data doesnt move the gold markte to the right direction , i wonder what is going to happen next. it just doesnt feel right to be bearish to us dollar during this market sentiment.
