I tend to agree with your general view ref my attached post....a break above 1215 ish is needed to start seriously considering that the trend may have changed to bulls favour....it can still drop quite easily til then imo.

I can still see the plunging pressure in the price action - if we do a PA analysis, we could easily see that it falls like hell but recovery is slow. That is on the psychological front eases the worry of a massive upward move. I would still suggest to be very very careful while longing the pair until an unless a clean and clear breakout is available on the charts or else there comes a real fundamental support to the pair.

-----> Take a bucket of water through stairs, thats how it climbs, slow & steady.. Drain the water from high, see how it comes down..
