Nothing defined for me today thus far in gold , although 4hr is showing me potential signs for a short soon....we'll see

If the PA hits $1238, I'll be adding to my shorts with $1220 target 1, and $1200 target 2, and $1180 as final target

That may be a good entry point if it gets there, time will tell, but I'm not convinced of direction long or short yet personally until I get a decent signal , so I wont enter based on what a price is.... I need more.

On that basis I'm sitting on my hands til then

1241 needs to be broken convincingly before I will even consider any long, the direction of least resistance remains lower unless proven otherwise.

Price hit entry point new shorts added. Entry trigger is PA hitting monthly pivot

Also look at the monthly chart, butterfly suggest target of $1180 which is also supported by June 2012 and Dec 2012 lows (support)

2. Sky rock up.
3. Drop like a stone.

So far so good on your method and your entry trigger well done and I hope it works out for you...do you have a s/l in place?

I have no suitable entry yet, but no rush, patience as usual is the key.

Fundamentals need to be watched this week imo.

Expected a positive change of wording from Fed. on Thurs., though a lot of the move should already be priced in I think.

Scotland has the potential to rock the boat as well but possibly on the topside if a "yes' vote prevails (seems unlikely by most reports) again just my opinion (and I don't know the timing of results with vote counting etc.).

Yah reports are for further drop if you think any of "experts" opinion count. I keep looking at Silver and think that it will be lucky not have a drop after last week (could be breaking now) and will be using as an indicator. I am currently long Gold and if it continues to break resistance on the way up then momentum could build. I will be shorting quickly at first signs of drop however. This current drop is expected after hitting an important level but I still have BO topside (as I said I am watching Silver though).

If silver breaks down it is a huge indicator that gold will drop like hell aswell. Silver is at BIG support.

Yeps, careful though I don't think the big guys are going to make it easy and there could potentially be many FO's before (if) it happens.
