just this half hour, aminor support on half hour came under the price @1294.01 and the price smacked it first few minutes,and now the try to get up!!!!

Wait for Silver sort of leading indicator to make D1 low breaking 20.44 , Gold will follow suite. Don't try to take long on Gold, USD Very strong Vs all the pairs , right now USDX Index 81.62 . Long positions are not entertained.

hntersting whats going on on half hour but in the meanwhile,this hour for first time a(minor) support came under the price @1294.39 , and the price with the middle broke it , if its a little more bullish on half hour,its a little more bearish on 1 hr

Folks in about 2 hour 30min we have FOMC, that generally moves commodities more than currency pairs. Stay with caution!

Dont add long trades as its weak, look at USDX index aiming 82 a piece!

keep adding ClockTrader you must have huge bankroll, some of the traders here might not have a/c size to keep adding longs. Gold will come up someday for sure!

I've personally added a handful of longs in this $1293 area. Have added stops to these longs however. Other longs are still free to run around as they wish up and down.

There is a chance to go down 300 to 500 pips before reversal, USD is the strongest currency atm and XAU is weaker all the time frame against USD. if price go up without completing the cycle,then we will see a huge sudden fall. (I am sorry for my bad english)

I agree i've been watching the usd index like a hawk the past few days... waiting for it to break out and pick a direction... seems like its heading up if it continues this way... it could mean that its bottomed out and that might be bearish for gold...

Folks,

Retail sentiment on GOLD : 66% of folks are long gold FYI that tells the story ,Gold per Ounce is measured in terms of USD I agree that Gold is Physical metal and not in abundance everywhere however with USD so strong it doesn't make sense for Gold to be equally matching it atm!
