Otherwise i hold my short positions for a week already and i expect a downside move, as arguments, i can say that currently there isn't safe-heaven thing about gold that should be obvious, also there are the earnings this week which are well i don't keep track on all of the companies but over all i think are pretty good, the data from USA points that economy is gaining momentum, and the market wants to see the gold go down(probably for a last time before seasonal rise ). But there is this other scenario ofcourse if too many traders are short big institutions can take the price up for 15-20$ to make people go long and bring it down after, which will be pretty bad for me since i am already in.

gold laverage way too controled, for you to laverage 1:10 it would require 90% of your margin. it's a good thing on one side, although it's anoying because it dificults the fact to open more positions on other trades..

The stoplosses/trailing stops are spot on never had a problem hedging and the comissions are quite low. So i'm satisfied overall

Yes saxo bank did made such a wrong spike today but it was only on chart side so even if you had some orders placed there the wouldn't trigger because charts and instrument prices come in two different data flows

i'm actually feeling confident about my short atm thinking about addind once this hourly candle closes if the tail remains like this.. silver has a huge tail atm fibo 0 got hit i'm expecting this to close in the redzone today if the candle closes with such a huge tail

I'm holding 3 longs nearly from these levels and begin to feel nervous because of this huge tail. Gold must close above 1310 -1311 to make me feel confident about the way up. 17 minutes left, time will show.

by the way ct if you were wondering about trading gold in forex, in my opinion today is one of the best days. go scalp hourly candles for 10-20 pips movements up and down and you'll make 10 times more than a normal move lol these quiet days are the good ones enjoy it now because there wont be any action untill nz rates. place tight stops on the shorts though because you never know when a bomb might explode and create a chain event for the bulls lol but apart from that these are my favourite days for gold where i actually trade gold over silver
