Hi Bro CT, like to hear your advice on how you manage your hedging on Gold. Eg, If you long at 1271, and price drop below that, will you close it? and how is your risk tolerance on price going opposite of your invested trade?

Looks more like it stopped directly at the trendline. I wait until US data if it can break it for real or not.

I am actually long from 1271 (apart from other positions), I'm hardly using any leverage right now. So, it doesn't really matter if price drops, even if it drops to $100 / oz, thats apparently hypothetical fall I'm talking.

Return over Investment would be very low. I remember people here kinda mocking me when I was showing single digit returns on my demo accounts. I don't know how to change this. As soon as I double my weight after a dip, things would begin to look good to me, certainly not rosy right now.

pouyanv, how can you manage to grow an account with such low fund ? especially on Alpari that is closing trades once you reach 20% marge left.. Imagine it doesn't drop to 1250 you'll lose all :/

So you mean you don't close any of your long no matter how much it drops?

And what is the highest long trade you still had in your hand?

I see a huge gap up on 15, 1H, 4H chart, is it just my feed ? If its a gap do we go south soon then ? Gap at around 1275 region!

In my humble opinion you should've wait for 1292 and then short it but down to 1286 maybe not more

There's gonna be a retracement cause we're on R3 but I hardly see gold dropping to 1250, after all who knows..
