WHOA........... 1 minute is bordering on insane ....... I been at it a few yrs now and 15 min is as low as think retail punters can go, then purely for refined entry ....but each to their own ...cheers Q

There is not much volume behind that pinbar; plus notice the hidden bearish divergence being built on the 1 hr...

I'm not a pro but I think that we are heading down before raising up again. The gold might have one more drop to 1242 before going to 1260 or more ..

OK can I be a "kill joy" check the DAILY..... the trend (as I see it ) is still downtrending... strong support close ....BUT im stil looking for SHORTS .... longs would be too risky for me ... happy to be patient .... plenty of oppos always .. cheers Q

Scalping territory, not much but ranging and more ranging for the next few hours. Both gold and silver appear the same at the moment.

OK got something to share with you gold bugs ...... I found "Support/Resistance " (barry) you can download for MT4... havent tested much yet but looks VERY promising , works all time frames . the secret is to work out the entry etc ...... heres my thinking ... find your trend .... enter when you see new star samecolor ,same direction after pull back as a conntinuation signal.... marked as solid green or solid red blocks , ignore "steps that are against te trend (as per usual trend trading )let me know what you think cheersQ

When the weather is very bad i.e. bears in-charge, like last year, Gold can easily fall like 50 - 100 $s in summers. Fall like $100 where it looks like a bottom in June, Take a quick look at last year. I'll better post a chart in next post. The point is that if you look at last 3 decades, the chances are 90% that Gold will bottom out in May-June, HOWEVER, investing in June can be very risky, you have to be very careful as it can get nasty.

Being that said, this year, the bears are not that strong, therefore the chances of price falling to 1150 area are bleak, BUT its June and one should be prepared for any kind of eventuality. Therefore, I am wearing investor hat this summer.

The market is waiting on the sidelines, and so am I. Since the consensus is that the ECB will do something to stem deflation, that is likely priced in to a great degree. My thinking is that NFP is the real impetus for price action continuation-bearish-or a retracement to 1270-1275 if the NFP comes up short.

A little perspective ... that big down bar on the Daily chart that broke the triangle is the biggest open-close range since 17/10/13 ... we aint gonna pullback and go back ... there should be another drop level ... check this weekly chart

Did you managed to round up some shorts last week when we spoke and agreed that Gold is gonna drop from $1255 ? As for me I'm still keeping my weekly target to $1230 and monthly even lower, what do you think ?

I agree, careful with longs right now guys. I expect to go much lower this month as well, treat longs as scalps if any at all.
