it broke through 1300 without any major activity/resistance and turned without much resistance either.. seems like 1300 is not where orders are placed. also, seems like it'll take all the bulls to turn this around. only question, where are they sitting.
did take profit twice from 1335 but added twice many positions Its getting simple

I don't think 1300 will be too much of a problem to burst. Its the 50 FIB and the 61.8 FIB that are more concerning to me where the bulls may be waiting in groups.

So technically I would see gold going to 1287 - 1263 and see what PA does there. Ideally looking for a daily supportive candle most likely some point next week if this is still just an upward correction.

I am hoping that it would stop once it hits the 400ma on the 4h chart, but the again if it breaks that we are looking at a bear run

It's raining gold bars, the bears have been gathering for this down leg since 1am GMT, no idea how long it will last.

We're currently at a minor fib level, so might see a relatively 'tiny' pull back. Not even going to try and trade it.

Regarding this bear move, emotionally, it's best to just 'go with it' rather than try to pick a bottom to go long from.

I'm waiting patiently for NZD/USD to fall, I'm afraid to go long at the moment seeing the chart, it will reach strong resistance soon.

You are in a difficult position indeed.

Here's my view but first my charts :



On the Monthly chart, the market has almost closed the gap (i.e. the 2 in the yellow line is close to 0).

The market will have fully closed the gap once it reaches the Demand level @1289.43. WATCH THIS LEVEL CAREFULLY.

If the market breaches 1289.43, it will move on to the next level of Demand indicated on the Weekly chart @1274.44.

Seems like price is making ab=cd on the 4H chart...slightly above sma400 4H and daily sma64. About time to add more long at 1290

Please read my quotes carefully. Your definition of market spread is different than mine.

For me, Brokers have nothing to do with Market Spread.

Market Spread is only about the difference Buyers and Suppliers (non-brokers).

If you look at my charts, they are far easier to understand than any other charts you have read in your lifetime.

They contain only one candlestick and the exact levels at which there are Buyers (Demand) and Sellers (Supply).

That is all you need to trade very successfully (absolutely no indicators necessary). People who use indicators have MESSY charts, not me!!!!

Excellent question!

Notice the background colors :

1) Blue is for Buyers
2) Red is for Suppliers
3) Yellow is for unfilled gap

Now for the numbers you see :

1) the number 14 means 14% of the gap has been filled by Buyers
2) the number 25 means 25% of the gap has been filled by Suppliers
3) the number 61 means 61% of the gap remains unfilled.

So in the 8 hour chart there is no color/deman and supply..does that means that all is filled, and price cannot go beyond that high and low range?

Thanks for asking. I apologize to Lapras for not answering his question in my previous post.

The reason there is no Supply and Demand indicated on the 8 Hour chart is simply because Supply has overcome Demand.

When Supply overcomes Demand, this is what happens:

1) Supply and Demand are made blank,
2) the square in the center turns Grey and contains the word High to indicate that we have a high on this particular timeframe.

In which case, you need to look at other timeframes to find appropriate levels of Supply and Demand.
