It seems you have successfully applied your Maths + I.T. skills on financial front. Last night you gave a view, I was impressed and quoted your post at that very moment. Your view was 100% right like I expected. I was right not only about your view but, your skillsets too. I'm sure you are a worthy guy here. Is your app available? OR how I could I learn from you? Please advise. I follow Golden Seasons, ancient festivals of India for long term trades (100% proven over decade) & key clock hrs + volatility for day/swing moves. I would like to share as much in a private area, let me know what you think?

Yes I also follow this Gartley. small ab=cd is finsh but the big ab=cd not finsh yet.
I take 1 short from the 4h...5min ago.. and when big AB=CD is finsh I will serch more shorts in small time frame.

In the absence of a renewed bout of geopolitical turmoil gold may face renewed selling pressure as safe-haven demand for the commodity ebbs further. Additionally, an upside surprise to the US Durable Goods Orders data set to cross the wires in the session ahead may support the US Dollar, based on implications for Fed policy, which in turn may weigh on gold and silver.

Well, just to throw me off, gold spiked down on semi decent US economic release. Just as it should in theory, but it didn't do that all last week. I'll still say its not a good or reliable method to trade the news, but at least now it seems like its not entirely rigged by big players.

The methodology to calculate Supply and Demand would be a little too complicated to explain in a post.

The Spread I am referring to is indeed the difference between the price the Suppliers are willing to sell at and the price the Buyers are willing to pay.
Using the FIA, traders need only "Sell the Highs" & "Buy the Lows".

Do you use the "depth of market" data from mt4 in calculating the total supply and demand? Will appreciate if you give your daily view on this thread when you are free, of course..Cheers

Let me start by saying that the Spread I am referring to is the true "Market Spread" and not the "Broker Spread" which are two different things.

That being said, any book on Economics will give you what you need to understand in terms of Supply and Demand.

As for how to calculate these values, I could give you a few hints, but I'm quite sure it will take you a long time to figure it out.

The hints are as follows:

1) observable price action on your charts always occurs because of Market Spread (i.e. difference between Buyers and Sellers),

2) Market Spread or difference between Supply and Demand varies for each different timeframes,

3) whenever there is a gap (which is always), Buyers and Sellers actively attempt to fill the gap (i.e. reduce the gap)

4) when Supply exceeds Demand, we have a High,

5) when Demand exceeds Supply, we have a Low.

Lastly, Price Action can only occur as a result of Market Spread implies that there is a direct correlation between Price Action and Market Spread.

Because there is a direct correlation between Market Spread and Price Action, you can derive Supply and Demand levels directly from Price Action.

Private messages asked me to explain a little about counting
Here an example of counting inputs...
4 short entery give small movement down and the price up
So one of the two next entries have to work 95%

It's complicated and it's only a few calculations here and just wanted to give a small example
When you know to do this take good trades will be much easier
I know its not take a day or 2 to know do this...but just you to see how to think like a pro
