Do not even attempt to scalp with exness...You might aswell forget about all your money in the account right then..

In exness the withdrawal option is the only added attraction for the traders so that they can withdraw their funds instantly without having to wait for the withdrawal period.

Now exness have stolen my 2000 USD....Exness said that my money were sent back to Moneybookers whereas moneybookers says that we haven't received the money from exness...


When i communciate these message to exness....A person named Elena Labetskaya from exness wants moneybookers to call them and moneybookers have to say exness that we haven't received the fund from you....What a hectic ........


It seems they want to recover the lost money in liberty reserve shut down..So they start cheating like these and do stop loss hunting and try to recover the lost money....

Better stay away these broker...

What do you mean by normal market? As I see spreads can be wider there only by publishing of important news. The thing is that market reacts in a different ways by some news. So it may last for some time till the normal condition. I also have one account by other broker for comparison the spreads (because it really matters for me), so I can`t say that they have really different situation with spreads talking about the reaction on the market. The truth is they have pretty tight spreads (in some cases even the tightest, as I can judge by some monitoring websites), but as for me I guess they could have some new actions for reducing them even more) For MM accounts I mean)

@meng 88 normal condition mean..(without news time either before news release or after news release)some time they widen the spread suddenly in these normal market condition too to hunt stop loss....

jackerderd, that is very unusual thing for them...I don`t want to believe that at the time of this situation wth LR they would begin to cheat like that. however the official comment from exness would be very desirable. as far as I know they can`t comment here. so you better post it in their official thread.

P.S. Let us know..I think we all here would like to know the solution (of course, if there is solution). Anyway, good luck

so not real true.
I scalp on ecn here. time is going and my account is still here.
I believe that keeping your account safe more depends on you money management.
may I ask you what leverage do you use?

Usually banks make spreads wider some time before the news, and after it they continue being wider for some minutes. That's what usually happens on the market and unfortunately I saw it myself in exness too. If broker suddenly (without any important news) makes spreads wider, that's really something. But you should be sure that you can prove it, because as soon as I know exness is well known as a broker with tight spreads.

yep, it's always a good idea to have two accounts. one account where you can get the best spreads possible (ecn) where you can do the majority of your trading on. however, once seeing market conditions aren't favorable, better deal with a market maker and get fixed spreads. sometimes, ecn spreads are wider than fixed spreads making fixed spreads the better way to go.

As for me I don't like to work with fixed spreads.
It's more honest to trade with dynamic spreads even it they sometimes widen. Usually fiixed spreads are wider than even widen ECN spreads.

Yeah but then you should trade during high liquidity periods, for example when stock exchanges are open around the world are open. During the asian session, spread on GBP or USD could be wider than usually.

MT4 shows price very slow, and i can not make a trade, always tips price is changed.

I can not contact live support, becoz the button of enter is grey and invalid.

Its really bad thing if you are not able to contact the live support because we need fast assistance in the forex trading business. Try the call back feature.

1. Live Chat still unavailable now.
2. Price always changed in MT4 sw, and spread will be very larger when price has some wave.
