Disliked{quote} Usually banks make spreads wider some time before the news, and after it they continue being wider for some minutes. That's what usually happens on the market and unfortunately I saw it myself in exness too. If broker suddenly (without any important news) makes spreads wider, that's really something. But you should be sure that you can prove it, because as soon as I know exness is well known as a broker with tight spreads.Ignored
Disliked{quote} yep, it's always a good idea to have two accounts. one account where you can get the best spreads possible (ecn) where you can do the majority of your trading on. however, once seeing market conditions aren't favorable, better deal with a market maker and get fixed spreads. sometimes, ecn spreads are wider than fixed spreads making fixed spreads the better way to go.Ignored
Disliked{quote} As for me I don't like to work with fixed spreads. It's more honest to trade with dynamic spreads even it they sometimes widen. Usually fiixed spreads are wider than even widen ECN spreads.http://50.22.104.143/~forum/images/b...-highlight.gifIgnored
Disliked{quote} Yeah but then you should trade during high liquidity periods, for example when stock exchanges are open around the world are open. During the asian session, spread on GBP or USD could be wider than usually.Ignored
