I appreciate your frustration at the tech issues you've experienced. If I had problems connecting on my platform, I would be upset as well. But you seem to be suggesting that these connection problems are part of some system-wide issue on our end, which is not the case. Just this April (the latest month with published data), an average of 498,808 retail client trades per day were placed with FXCM which is the highest in our history. That would not have been possible if we had system-wide tech issues like you're suggesting.
Please help us look into this matter for you by taking me up on the offer I made earlier. Since your first post on the forum yesterday, you've made several additional posts about this problem, but I still don't have your account information. Please email those details to me at [email protected], so we can investigate. It's only by focusing on your account specifically that we can determine what's affecting your connection to our servers.
