Please look at the two screenshots.
For the first screenshot, the crosshair represent 8.30am EST.
For the second screenshot, you can see the 20 pips spread rate.

P/S: GoMarkets customer service will only help you with enquires that can be found from Google.

I have asked them several times the reason for the spread increment, and no answer was given. They ignored my email. I've also told them to get answers from banks or their liquid provider as an alternative, which is me providing them with a solution to my question. All of the questions asked was ignored.

This is the only thing I could do. Post their legal frauds here.

This is what GoMarkets is good for. Open a $50 USD account to learn trading with 0.01 volume size. After that, please immigrate to another broker.

its 12:22 and Gomarkets has been off quotes on Gold for the last 3 min WTF gomarkets? you're a market maker can't you fill me? I am stuck in this trade and it's the ASIAN session.

A total withdrawal of my account took 6 days!!!

Go mess up by trade rejections.. you guys need some true LPs

Despite the stupid leverage rule in maroonland I like how they regulate the forex market now. Lets hope this happens in Aussieland as well, so brokeres there get stopped by cheating us day in day out.

It speaks for itself that you call yourself an newbie and invest with a broker located/ regulated in a Lululand..

BTW how can it be that you stated some hours ago:

Ben ook opzoek, GoMarket is niets meer.. jammer want het was mooi dat hun EU office in NL zat..

Spread did improve the last couple of weeks, getting around 1.6 on E/U, but the execution time / slippage... oh boy

(5 pip slippage + 1.6 pip spread = 6.5 pip on a 12 pip scalp..)
1 trader viewing now
