DislikedDear Client,
Please be advised that we are going to restart our trading servers to correct erroneous trade history and price activity caused by an incorrect bank feed across all Swiss Franc pairs earlier.
Between server time 23:02 and 23:05 on 20th September there was an incorrect data feed on USDCHF, EURCHF, GBPCHF, CHFJPY and AUDCHF.
Any affected trades are being corrected to ignore this erroeneous price data.
The server restart will occur at approximately 07:30 server time and will last for around 3 or 4 minutes.

DislikedCurrenex isn't a liquidity source as such - it is the price aggregation technology that combines multi-bank price feeds.
The liquidity source comes from the underlying banks that feed into the Currenex platform, so any spikes/jumps in prices comes from the bank/liquidity providers
Bearing in mind that most banks will use a Currenex platform to stream in other banks' pricing, I doubt that it would be Currenex that went down, otherwise they'd have huge issues with their banking clientsIgnored
Dislikedeverything relatively OK until the price starts to move a bit, quote feed almost frozen now, ridiculous. pretty useless when trading this chop. open/close/modify was within 3 seconds today(11 trades, Real2) but after NY open it took almost 20s in one two cases (close, modify).@Chris: GO has to do something or ppl will run away and tell the others to avoid you.Ignored

DislikedYes I have three Go platforms running on 2 separate Mammoth VPSs.
Price did freeze quite a few times during the FOMC spikes.
I have platforms open at home as well and compared them to a live Pepperstone platform. Pepperstone didn't freeze at all.
I understand that the Go staff are sleeping during FOMC spikes, and they think we are talking about ghosts. But how could they not have monitoring software to look back at their platform behaviour during events like that?Ignored
DislikedHi Coral,
If you are not aware, Pepper's execution times are slower than GoMarkets - that is until they complete their move to NYC in 2 weeksIgnored
