I take no responsibility whatsoever for people choosing to use this EA.
I wanted to write an EA for myself but wanted to share it as other people may find it helpful.
It is based on 3 different timeframe stochastics, a low timeframe (LTF), a medium timeframe (MTF) and a high timeframe (HTF). When all three timeframes are over 80 on the stochs at the close of their bars then a signal or trade (depending on what you choose in the inputs) is taken short.
When all three timeframes are below 20 on the stochs at the close of their bars then a signal or trade (depending on what you choose in the inputs) is taken long.
The timeframes I use (and which are the defaults) are:
LTF = 5 min (5,3,3)
MTF = 60 min (14,3,3)
HTF = 240 min (10,3,3)
The timeframes and all stochastic settings are changable in the inputs.
All the other inputs should be self explanatory.
Like I said you can either just use it as a signal, or to actually open a trade, your choice.
Any questions please ask.
Jimmy
P.S - If you are using this as just a signal/mail alert then make sure the EachTickMode input is set to false (default) or you will recieve an alert every tick, and put the EA onto the timeframe that you are using for your lowest stochastic (default 5 min).
UPDATE:
At the moment there are problems with the Email/alert function of the original EA. It sends many alerts instead of just one, and I cant figure out the problem. Any coders that can have a look I would appreciate it. Using the EA for orders is fine and not affected by this.
Multipair EA.
Attached is also the multipair EA. This is only used for opening orders (not signals) but you can choose as many pairs as you wish in the inputs and you only have to attach one instance of the bot to one chart and the timeframe is irrelevant. This is the one I prefer to use at the moment.
Any coders who feel they could improve the EA's in any way please go ahead but please give different names to the different EA's (i.e ver1,ver2 etc.).
