I had tried this system many months ago, there are big drawdowns that I just gave up on it. It does have a lot of potential if you have a large account that can withstand the losses.

Quoting nvwineDislikedI think what Hans posted is correct. I'm not as sure about what others post. Results can vary depending on your broker's prices. Somewhere around June of this year it had lost 900 pips in a short amount of time. It could draw down a thousand pips at any time. Trade it with small lots to start. I think you have to take all the trades to have success. You can lose out on that surprise several hundred pip gain if you sit on the side lines. It is a good system for a trending market. I have used a Milan's Hans EA along with a Firebird EA to cover both types of markets.Ignored

Quoting nvwineDislikedRemember the possibility of a LARGE drawdown. Read some of the current discussion on the Hans thread. Some people have never made a profit others have. http://www.strategybuilderfx.com/sho...postcount=5361Ignored
DislikedHi,
This sounds interesting. Could you post some results? Is the compo over all in profit?Ignored
DislikedI can't seem to locate any results. It's been 8 months since I traded Hans. Basically when Firebird hit a trending market it managed to loose very fast and my Han's EA did well but had to get back to even from it's own drawdown. I still think the idea might work especially with results like jgerousis is talking about. I never did that well. Firebird may be too problematic to ever contribute its part to an EA team effort.Ignored
