GOLD FM OUTLOOK: Geopolitical tensions continue to provide safe-haven support, but higher oil prices are lifting inflation and Fed rate expectations, keeping pressure on gold. Expect volatility as markets react to Middle East developments and upcoming U.S. economic data.
GOLD OUTLOOK WITH IT's INVERSE CORRELATION:

Gold is currently testing the lower boundary of a daily triangle pattern, where a downside move could act as a liquidity sweep to trap sellers before a potential reversal. On the 30-minute TF, the mitigated Order Block around $4,060 and the main Order Block at $4,033-$4,038 provide a strong demand zone, making this my preferred buying area upon bullish confirmation. A reclaim of $4,060 could open the path toward $4,080 (triangle resistance) and potentially $4,120. Meanwhile, the U.S. Dollar Index is approaching a key resistance level after respecting its TD support, increasing the likelihood of a rejection, which would favor Gold. In addition, the U.S. 10-year Treasury yield has left a gap and is currently trading near 4.58% resistance. If yields fail to break higher and begin to decline from this level, it would further support a bullish move in Gold. However, if Gold records a daily close below $4,024, the bullish outlook would be invalidated, exposing the next major downside target around $3,860.

GOLD giving downside move in favor, waiting for $4030 [LIKE AROUND] level to be swept and retest the $4080 TD after retest closes below may see price go down to $3860 but first all the gaps that have been created in gold and it's correlation may be filled.
