my recent findings tell me most of things people talk about or teach online actually works in the market but they teach it the wrong way, and the reason is they don't know the actual one because they were taught the wrong way

price can move in either direction, but it will move to a certain direction when it's time or ready to move in that direction before it could move pass a specific area, if it's not time or want to change direction for either short term or long term it has restrictions to not just move pass a particular point and so clearing of liquidity even has a limit, it doesn't clear it anyhow.

I completely agree with this. The more I study and observe the markets, the more I realize that many concepts people teach actually do work. The problem isn't always the concept itself it's that it's often explained or applied incorrectly because that's how we learned it. Understanding the logic behind why something works makes a huge difference compared to just memorizing rules. Thanks for sharing these insights, they've definitely changing the way I look at the market.

after all, it will take time, for some, it clicks quickly, while for others it takes more time and experience. The important thing is to stay consistent, keep an open mind, and continue learning. Those who don't give up eventually start seeing the market differently

i believe something like FVG is actually in the financial markets but what they teach you people online i don't believe it's the actual one but I could get it from the chart one day or i even know but I haven't joined those pieces of information together to have the full understanding but time will eventually make it makes sense

i will follow this buy to see where it will reach for bears to come into the market to push price down again but I still doubt it will go below 3950-40 in the next one month, it could sell again long term from October going but it might not even sell below 3940 any time soon, if today buy hold then it could hit 4300 before any serious sell begins which will determine whether it will go below 3940 or not so I'm following

Well said, levox. Before I found this thread and started following Canyouu, I looked at the gold market very differently and often couldn't hold good trades.
In just a month here, my perspective has changed a lot. Now I can hold my gold trades with confidence, and if I'm wrong, I'm willing to accept a well-planned, controlled SL instead of reacting emotionally.
Good guidance really does change the way you see the market. A special thanks to Canyouu for a good guidance

I do this on trading view may be not much detail like here but they keep threatening me with ban that I should explain more and it even annoying, but soon i will even stop posting there if they continue with the unnecessary rules

I think your current way of explaining is already more than enough. The charts, along with your brief reasoning on why you'd buy or sell, give us all the guidance we need. You're not here to be a school teacher, and we're not kids who need everything explained step by step. Your approach helps us learn while still thinking for ourselves.

So gold's at ~$4,050 right now, up a bit today but down almost 9% over the past month. Still up 22% from a year ago though, so zoom out and it's fine — just came off that insane spike to $5,589 back in January and is now working off the hangover.
Big thing right now is the Fed. New chair Kevin Warsh has been saying inflation's cooling but won't commit to cutting, and markets are actually pricing in a decent shot of a hike in September. That's the opposite of what gold wants to hear. Also some Iran/Strait of Hormuz stuff easing up, which took a little safe-haven demand off the table too.
Central banks — who've been the main reason gold ripped the last few years — actually flipped to net sellers in Q1 (Turkey alone dumped 60 tons). That's a real shift from the buying spree of 2021-2025. Though apparently a good chunk of CB activity never gets reported, so who knows how real that is.
Chart-wise it's basically stuck in no-man's land — above the 200-day (~$4,340) but capped under the 50-day (~$4,730). Just chopping sideways.
Forecasts are all over the map too — Goldman's calling $4,900 by year end, JPM says $5,000 (though they walked that down from $6,000 earlier this year), while some of the more bearish shops think it could slide back toward $3,000 if yields keep climbing.
Feels like normal digestion after a huge run, not the start of a real breakdown — but the September Fed decision is probably the next big trigger either way. Curious what everyone else is watching.
