Hello traders. Happy new week. I hope you had an amazing weekend. This week will be a bit tricky based on what I noticed at the market close on Friday. The bigger picture is still a sell to me, but we might experience higher prices this week. As always, we plan and react to whatever opportunities the market presents. XAUUSD Market Update
The pair is showing a clear bullish rejection after testing a key resistance and support on the hourly chart.

XAUUSD is currently trading at 4,017.315, following a confirmed rejection from the 1hr ascending resistance trendline 4,041.846 and confirmed rejection from the support zone 3,959.174.

I am anticipating a minor correction towards 4,056.299 before a potential continuation towards the lower trendline support if the descending trendline holds.

Structure
• Timeframe: 1h
• Pattern: Descending wedge/channel

Key Levels
Resistance: 4,058.612
Support: 3,862.628

A clean break above the 4,060 level would invalidate this bearish outlook, while price action below suggests downward targets near the 3,860.000 support.
