Trying to catch every buy and sell move is a recipe for eventual disaster. Patience is one of the most important recipes for profitable trading. Once the trend is clear on the higher timeframe. You must wait for a decent pullback, then ride the trend again. This is where patience comes in. This takes away unnecessary losses and stress from your trading. It gives you room to analyse carefully and maximise the opportunity when it comes. The market rewards patience, and once this is mastered, you will become unstoppable.

This is where the buy started from after 1st April and we are here again but I can't tell where it will push price to before the sells continue because 4600 acted as supply and I will look for a good sell when we close below 4540

Don't sell again because it could buy more , Gold could start the long term buy again buy again from 4560 without closing below 4540 so be mindful because this is how tricky the market could be.

sold at 4607. If you look on the 10hr timeframe 4522 - 4494 looks a possibility which is 50% on the daily retracement .Theres also still an imbalance on the 3 month time frame

Watching DXY and bonds. There is still a gap on the DXY daily time frame so we could see gold push down further
Also i dont like buying when the 4hr just shows wicks. Just my gut feeling, doesnt feel like theres much support there for a push up.

We are likely to see more sells but I might not get entry because it tested 4568 already and I just came online

It failed to form a demand but rather created a supply with bearish momentum candles and it's a good reason to sell though it's trading on a major demand.
