My stop was reached overnight.
Technically price spiked above yesterday's high (lower TF chart attached) but has not settled above that level.
Yesterday's high and lows are the big box you see on the chart.
I cant go long. For me right now it is either short or wait till my short price invalidation.
If I find another shelf of support like I posted I could go long.
One thing though, if the stock market, in my opinion (for me the sp500) is going up it is futile to sell bitcoin.

I have added the small TF charts for the bitcoin and sp500 and the boxes for yesterdays price action.
The sp500 (all the common US indices) is definitely on the way up and can act as a pull for bitcoin (i.e. risk on mode)
There is a support area (76.2k) shown on the bitcoin chart - not as pronounced as the one I drew yesterday though.
Real true support is the 75.5k area. We are in the UK session (my local) and the real fireworks might be waiting for the NY session

major pullback here if bellow 76,400.. short scalp here if bears hold it <76,4

Quick update:
Market is not impulsive to the upside anymore.
I might still get my short.
A break of that line will get me short.
Looking for a break of the 75.5k low.
RSI is supportive.
One thing to know though. Trump is speaking today and retail sales coming out as well

I'm still long and pretty confident in it. Sellers seem out of ammunition. Buyers still here. I think a true breakout to upside is very close.

I am looking forward to my usual longer term trades but these 1000point swings are doing my head in

Price is heading down nicely.
New local short term support area shown on the chart tested 3x.
If it blows then the 75.5k low is just around the corner
Stock market is going recovering though. And this instrument is correlated with the stock market.
As the song goes - will it stay or will it go.
My vote is stay for now and then go later

Another day like yesterday. Simple support held and price took off.
Price blew past the previous support and again on the way down.
Taken out the bottom support line too. Can we get to 75.5k support?
Stock market has taken a big dump as well
NB: Bottom support touched now. I am flat now.

Man I hate trades like this. Tools telling me one thing, but gut saying the opposite. If there wasn't so much potential for a big move I'd just stay out altogether.

I am still long. I did move the stop a little further away. The stop now is where this TL is. That is the key for me where I don't want to risk anymore.

Fucking bears coming out of woods to ruin the party every fucking time. So annoying

Its just hard to bet against this right now. I think the weekly TL will hold. Really, how much bitcoin IS there to sell?? Almost 75% of all coins in circulation are basically locked away. Saylor buying millions every week.
