expect extention of NY....with pulback at 3950 ( expected) area
Then tuesday low tested or break lower.

I will wait Asia time window, they already show intention at the low, i need Asia to validate bearish now, just because that expected pullback you talk about. Is possible too!

EDIT: And anchor an vwap at 4018.69, go to 5m and you have a better idea to use as confluence...

I do believe there is generally a more bullish outlook for gold. The principals of the recent drawdown are after all expected however they do not change the general bias. A technical retracement was overdue, especially in the daily chart, and it is true that the expected easement in the China USA trade war are a bearish factor, however a general outflow to precious metals from money that previously went for bonds and debt, also a lower interest rate makes it more competitive, also a weaker dollar can continue to be expected specially due to the rate cut, it is likely that it will compete against stocks as higher inflation and a lower interest rate do tend to favor stocks, this are however factors that also help gold. Personally I expect this week to continue bearish especially because of the Trump and Xi talks, but in the longer term I will search for buy options. In bloomberg we can see both sides of the coin where in a recent gold related event 3500 was argued to be a propoer price, I do however favor more the traders side as they bet for 5k in the fllowing year

Yup...
3931 open ...hold the price. Once clear pullback or clear break that open....should go lower ....imo.

My Indi : H4 and M30 clearly bear....will wait H1 to join the ally....then should be drop.... only H1 warning for more pulback if bear didnt follow through soon.

Expect 2 hour ahead more clear....since i need a rest .lol

As I have said, I am waiting for the asia pullback to place my short for 3,850 levels to be hit. I believe we're going to see that tomorrow or friday.

I am eyeing 3,950-3,960 for the pullback where I will place my short with SL around 3,980 and TP 3,850.

If this is a pullback can reach 3972, however in my way of trading, Asia is cooking. But by the open 3972 is very common.
Nothing granted. Particulary because despite extended Ny break bearish.

And i never go against this girl...

This trade also has the potential to go very high, write off all the bear movement and finally continue the uptrend inside the weekly chart.

Morning for Tokyo Open UTC+9 (Tokyo)

Theoretically, today is Thursday Reversal.

Just straight to the point. For structure, basically already complete for swing and validated for swing high. We got two validated structures based on Tuesday's High and Wednesday's High. We also got Tuesday's New Lower Low and Wednesday's Lower High. The other reason, on Wednesday, the price recently failed to give us a Weekly Low. Means failure to break Tuesday's Low.

Today, Sydney Open gives a good opportunity after giving us a false breakout at yesterday's low (Wednesday's low). It to early to conclude about the Asian range, but because of Wednesday's failure and closing inside Tuesday's movement, the percentage of Thursday's movement is more upward than downward. Basically, it's all about theory. IMHO

No need to argue, everybody has their own perception. Nobody is right and nobody is wrong. We are in the games of probabilities, with no certainty.

All the above is just a daydreamer's target. Don't blindly follow. Please refer own analysis for better RRR. Respect what price are doing. Trade with honor.

Swing and Intraday accounts are already running. Personally, my bias is more towards buyers. IMHO

To be more precise, just because i also make mistakes, measure the wrong TF, can go to 3979 and mid point at 3968.
Use this as reference, advise trail well.

A do agree with sharing of view...to be different is not a sin...lol .
Not about right or wrong too...just diffrent consequence

In my view( forecast) ...go lower first to test tuesday low then posibble up or continue down.

If reversal happen starting Asia session then will be strong reversal .....then i just late to join the train...will wait next station to join.

So far i am still with my plan....but i really respect yours analysis.

I think both have reason to see diferent ways, is why to go bearish i need some validation, not happened yet.
I need a session breaking lower now.
For me a wick in a low of day is not just grab of liquidity, is also a cleaning of orders sitting down there, depends of the narrative we want to use...

anyway....
pre market open i always check PA and Indi....calculate the posdibilities....H1 warning of pullback...how strong i dunno..

Since i hv 2 runner ( lol) ...this make my bias to more short but not take any add short during open

1 runner gone at 55( sl in profit)... 1 at 65 survive after adjust SL higher....now add 1 sell again to stick to the plan.

If the duration take longer for my analysis and action i decide to close since i must out 1 extra hour more...

Edit: once h1 close below open...this will be different story
