These are rules so being muslim i don't' believe spread commission as well but spread free account needs minimum 500$ investment with my broker. Pay roll and workers are not always synonyms.
Workers usually expect to be paid for their efforts as it should be so.
Pay roll on the other hand does not always represent direct correlation between the merit and the level of payment allocated to some/many individuals.
At times "resignation" is euphony for being sacked.
Wasteful spending is the threat to the desired effect based on merit and value creation in opposition to the ever present utopian ideas.

Your emphasis on the intermarket analysis is correct IMHO, though the relation is not always automatic, and usually longer TFs are to be included.

QUESTION FOR EXPERIENCED TRADERS:
Over the past 2–3 months, I’ve felt that the markets have been getting increasingly difficult to trade each month. Maybe it’s just me, since I only turned consistently profitable earlier this year. Do you also feel the same way? (I’m not talking about gold here—specifically referring to currencies.)
I think this question will also help newer traders—because if they can survive trading through this kind of market phase, it might mean they’ve truly “made it” as traders.

Now you mentioned a blunt truth: markets adapt to any and all types of trading. Why do you think a previously profitable robot stops working? Your strategy or trick... lol.

The tip is to filter out inductions and manipulations and use them to your advantage, detailed in the attached material. This material will help you identify the patterns that the market creates to manipulate you and how to stay out and enter at the right time.
