I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. Not only did they log me out in the middle of an open trade, but then all of their staff just ignore the crap out of you. Meanwhile I'm losing money on the trade I set because I didn't set a stop loss (It's a part of my strategy, and should have no connection to the risk of trading online) and it's moved 16 points against me. I think I'm going yo sue them to find out if this is something they do to steal money from people. I am FUCKING livid right now though!! I can barely even express I angry I am. No notice...just shut out of my account while I have trades open. I cannot risk that with a big account when I get my settlement.

they finaly fixed the Problem, it is not oanda, its the oanda Europe Division and its the stupid EU Regulation what make it dificult

Apparently, they have discontinued customer service by phone. Only web, chat, text, email. And humans don't respond so the questions don't get answered. I am waiting for a response by email but I'm not holding my breath. If the answer doesn't come, or is another stupid reply by a computer, then I'm done with them. I'll have to find another U.S. broker. If anyone knows of a good one please mention it here.

Try Trading.com. Their demo looks good & they offer MT5.
Thankyou to all the common overwhelming experiences above as was thinking moving from IC Markets
ctrader because of how stacked against the trader and awful is, but obviously Oanda is not the solution

That wasn't an Oanda problem. It was a Google and Amazon problem. It affected thousands of other companies' websites, including countless forex brokers, prop firms, and so on.
