this is the reason I deal with both major sessions differently. If the session is bearish I sell, if it’s bullish I buy once it’s hit my entry or I wait till the next day. It’s helps keep my psychology in check.

Because market has a cycle of boom to bust. Gold is a hedge against currencies, when recession is unlikely, the inflationary period is over (soft landing) there is no need for gold and gold liquidated to cash & invest elsewhere.
