No institution can argue with a central bank generally.
However this also means there is a possible downside to the cut-off point where the PBOC started buying and traders will test. It is natural

I think this channel is about to be broken. the price is lingering at the edge and might break out. at H1 is also a triangle forming.

any thoughts? I would like to enter a sell but I am not sure yet. I am waiting for a confirmation.

Channels, pivots, RSI, MACD, Bollingerbands, why do price and banks care for those?

It's a huge guess on my part but I think the buy was the 17th November and I think that level has been retested on the 25th November and we may have seen two more buys (Friday and one yesterday). Again it's hard to say for sure but it looked like 2640 was defended last week & NFP.

Gold opened within the same market range as yesterday, I have no hope for more, although breaking out is always a possibility.

maybe you didn't observe carefully, that time was the beginning of Tokyo session and I was wrong to leave SL inappropriate! Look at TP and time; then i bought back but also got SL, simple trend and right entry point for right result "just profit not as sniper wanted"
