Anyone has run a demo with a broker alongside a demo with FTMO to compare the two?
I have done it and in the other broker demo, if I am up say 1K, I am down 6K in FTMO's.
Not very encouraging.

Yes youre doing awesome. But the fact is people are in prop firm world to actually make MONEY NOT JUST HAVING BIG FUNDED ACCOUNTS. And we have a history of more than a year where big firms going under, denying payouts and all sorts of things. Its all about timing milk them as much as possible you never know how long this train will run.
Final point only NETT PROFITABLE traders can only make money out of prop firms. If its that easy to get payout every trader should be millionaire and these firms wont even exist.
For me i am not just yolo’ing instead i manage the probabilities to get the money faster which is not a recommended way. I know out of 3 evals i’ll pass so why wait for blowing evals one by one instead i buy them together and get a funded out of it so my eval cost a bit higher but saves alot if time. Secondly i know out of 3 funded i’ll get a payout out of one. So i do the same there as well less wasted time and more in line to get paid quicker. Lastly always aim for max payout so that way profitability factor is at highest

I know ftmo increases spread whenever they want. That could be one reason since my ea is spread sensetive. I haven't really sat down and compared trades but generally, it's like results from 2 different ea's.
Not really gonna continue testing any more with ftmo. Seems like you have to scout for the right time to place a trade and get out with your eyes on the trade instead of doing it with an ea 24/5.

yes, time is crucial. Apex is taking much longer for my last payout. And I have passed another 50K account yesterday till now no update to funded account.

They can't help it..... Trump lives in their heads rent free, at the DNC, the word policy was mentioned 8 times and the word Trump was mentioned over 800.
I've never seen such hatred for a man that will cause folks to vote for the worst policies you could ever imagine that will do nothing but harm your country even further.
