Not necessary.
Majority of the time yes, since the pair is XAU/USD.
When denominator (USD) goes up, the pair(XAU/USD) tend to fall.
But there are time when both rise together.
This often related to global uncertainties where investors seeks safe haven assests.
So they buy USD and XAU together.
Another often cause is when China economy trembles, chinese opted for gold than Chinese real estate and equities.
So Demand for Gold bullion rises.
We also have Gold etfs a great indication of banks and hedge funds gold demand, where they invest in efts rather than the actual gold bar since it comes with high storage, security, and transportation fees.
More time in the market, does not mean you trade better!

For me......Gold Sideways till now.More probabilities of move above because Dxy can drop more to reach to its strong support(RBS).At present Dxy is trading very close to a possible support also So be careful. I have grab some green pips from EU GU bulls. Trade safe

Sorry for late, As in daily chart, 3rd bear candle failed confirm yeaterday as ranging and close also up, so as said price likely further up 2043 to 2051 +- ok before most probable tanking for 2495 confirmation with signal next / breakout 2014. So clear bounce to back bear leg again.

Price did not break my milestone levels today till now. I grabbed some green pips by scalping EU,GU and XU. Even NY has not produced any volatility in the market so I am done for day today. Trade safe

Hi bro why not start a signal service too cos apart from this I always admire your ways and styles of execution of trades timely too not only on Gold but other instrument. If you set a trade up more than often the targets are always hit.
