If not looking at RSI or other momentum indicators then yes i Agree. But now they have taken Gold down to lows and some pullback is cooking in the overn. Question is if new news is so bad for USD then they could reverse the entire down move and go for liquidity resting above 2050.
Are they done building their short positions or are they wanting to add more...

US10y bonds down , DXY up BRUHHHH . Is that volatility or manipulation because XAUUSD technically should have done $2050 with that previous upward move

It can still do that. I closed my shorts in profit and wait to see what news bring.

How to Use FIBO Volatility levels?
Here is full detail with chart and pending orders.
On the chart, there are two lines. Blue and Pink.
Price levels on blue line are for Buy Stop order.
Price levels on pink line are for Sell Stop order.
Blue line (Buy Stop order) start at the level of 0.236 ( you can check the price tag of each level on the chart).
Pink line (Sell Stop Order) start at the level of 0.236 ( you can check the price tag of each level on the chart).
Area between Blue line 0.236 and Pink line 0.236 is no trade zone.
Today’s positions are here based on opening price 2020.64.
Buy Stop 0.236 TP1 0.5(BE) TP2 0.618 SL Sell Side 0.382
Sell Stop 0.236 TP1 0.5(BE) TP2 0.618 SL Sell Side 0.382

Gold in Sell zone. If volatility remain in the market today then achievable target can be 2017-2018 because no red news for USD today so low volatility can turned it into sideways also.Trade safe

But still, I want to duplicate that post: "Dear aahmad29 I'm sorry, but I can't understand the logic of calculating levels and plotting them on a chart (obviously, I'm the dumbest person on the forum). What time frame are you using? And why do Buy and Sell have the same levels?
If it’s not hard for you, then could you make a video of how you calculate and transfer the data to the terminal chart. And I'm sure I'm not the only one who will be grateful.

yeah I have also never understood him. I don’t think anyone here has that much time to calculate and all that. It’s a forum to help and the easiest thing would be to post easy analysis like everyone else does like parveen and fontu does. Otherwise it’s not necessary to even post the geometry. Just saying not being rude.

I dont know if i understand him, but what I see is that the upper line is buy limit from that price you will go long (if price breaks it).
Lower level is Limit short.
And from left to right you will either add or take profit... bit complicated system for me. but if it works for him we are not the ones to judge.
