Upon my research these Prop firms are very reasonable and have decent reviews. I dropped Bespoke funding after they had payout issues (as seen in there discord). I dropped MyFlashFunding due to there massive Slippage which I experienced myself (20 pip Slippage during CPI). The only thing I don't like about the high stakes is the 2-minute high-impact news restriction.

I like to put congruent daily close lines on my chart and set buy/sell limit orders at certain levels where price is fairly far away and let the news take price to where I get the perfect fill. But I will get penalized if that happens within 2 minutes which often is the case.

if you trade big there should be many brokers good , buy a sit at the exchange and reduce the costs by this even more .....

Their spreads are pretty good that's for sure. Low commission, too. I didn't like the highstakes when it came out but now see that it is way better than bootcamp and the expensive low funding instant thing that used to be their bread and butter.

I don't think so. They scan trades to see if they are the same strategy. So you have to take into account the opening, and closing prices as well as stop loss and time of executions.

Hi Capablanca, what spreads you getting through BlackBull? Any slippage and transactions crisp. I only ask, as I had an account couple years ago with them and wouldn’t consider them for anything less than swing/position trading.

Sometime ago i wanted to open an account with them( Black Bull)but when i saw their spread and commission and slippage and ran for my life
another thing to add is that they were looking very shady to me even before i tried signing up.

No. Once you're funded then yes it'd be true, but first you have to flip the account twice. And your daily DD is actually your account size, not the max DD. You can think about it as two 5k accounts and if you blow the first one you get a second chance. So a €540 investment in a 100k FTMO account would get you 270*4*2=€2160 on your own account. Depending on the fx rate, say 1.10 EUR/USD it's a $2376. And compare that to the $4000 FTMO account (considering the 80/20 split). Still OK.
One can argue that you'd have the whole max DD (10k) but it's misleading because you can't lose that much at once and can't carry it over the next day: if you have an open position in dd before rollover you won't get another 5k dd after it.
All in all you get a 1.68x of your investment. Cheaper brokers might work out better but the risks increase with that. For example, 5ers work out to 2.25x.

HOWEVER. With props you still get an incredible amount of leverage that one might not be able to get otherwise.
For example in my jurisdiction (USSE) 1:30 is all I can get. And I can't use offshore brokers (in my country even the US is considered offshore because it's outside the USSE ffs) because than my tax rate would go from ~25% to 40+. AND one can't offset losses against gains much like in Germany. So my friendly government, in the name of protecting me, basically ensures that prop account go from an OK proposition to an unparalleled one.

BTW I use leverage the same way as you. That is, not increasing position size but decreasing margin requirement.
