Opinions on Fidelcrest ? They have 1 million accounts and allow up to 2 million in one go. Sometimes they are offering 50% discounts.

Forget it. I read enough on trustpilot about them. Trailing DD and consistency rules and too many hidden rules, bad prop.

FXIFY say each challenge need to be traded seperately.

A deel contract will be issued for each challenge seperately.

Merging of accounts not yet possible.

However you can use trade copier between your own accounts.

It means same strategy can be traded in both accounts. (funded accounts )
Intraday only.

It should be even more crystal clear to everyone now exactly where the money is coming from. I don't trust any firm with >200K in funding that isn't in the top 5 in web traffic. What's the point in having 1M in funding @ 1 firm if a 10% gain on that 1M will never be paid.

any thoughts on funded trading plus FTP, looks like they are in UK, thinking to give them a try, does anyone have any good recent experience with them?

They have trailing drawdown the last time I checked. They called it relative drawdown but if you go to their video explanation, it's basically a trailing drawdown. If you have a 100k account with them for example, and you are a profitable trader, as you earn more and more profits and close these profitable trades, they will raise the cutoff line for max drawdown along the way, not just daily drawdown. Say at the beginning of an untraded 100k account with max overall "relative drawdown' of 10%(which is just trailing drawdown by their definition), as you close profitable trades, the cutoff line will eventually move from 90k to 100k. So, if your account balance is now 112k with 12k in profit, and all trades have been closed, the new cutoff line is 100k. If you lose all that 12k profit in future trades, and you lose one more cent, your account will be terminated. Or, if you choose to withdraw all 12k profit, your account balance/equity has now touched the new cutoff line, which means it will also be terminated.

Avoid at trailing drawdown at all cost. Fundedtradingplus has very attractive scale up plan. Whenever a prop firm has an offer that's too good, I tend to look for other hidden details to see if they make the challenge almost impossible to be won.

The normal traders that could not make money with MFF "fake" spreads, "fake" execution and "fake" 3$/lot commission should open a trade in a decent broker like IC Markets to see what the real world is.

STP are the only ones that have reasons to blame MFF. There was no need to mark-up real spreads.

I would never have 800K in a prop like Bespoke. 5% of that is 40K. That's not going to be paid before they can investigate the possibility of not paying it. Not saying it's going to be denied but it's a possibility for what we saw around.

You seem to focus your choice on the props that provide more max capital. I would ask myself why other older and financial stronger companies, like FTMO or MFF, never offered higher than 400K and 600K and a new kid in the block is offering 800K in an eye blink. This reminds me TPT which had no limit on max capital.

Don't get me wrong TrAndy. I wish you no harm. But I think you're deciding based in a wrong reason (not wanting to have many prop accounts to avoid the hassle of managing too many of them).

Another one that thought that props would put huge amounts of real money in the hands of inexperienced and unknown people, without any track record, that passed a challenge in 3 hours with a 50 lot trade and completed the remaining 5 days with 0.01 lots....

As far as I know you can't have 2 challenges of same size at the same time (like 2x400K). You can purchase the second one if the first one gets to funded.

I don't know, though, if you can have, for example, 1x400K and 1x200K challenges simultaneously.

I bought my second 200K only after the first 200K got to funded because I got the fee refunded in the first day and decided to "reinvested" it.

I don t understand 1 thing> How can they deny a payout based on the fact that u trade same way as others?(and here i ain t talking about same execution times) Just how many strategies are outthere? Also this BS of some people saying the markets are constantly evolving... etc the markets do what they ve always done... trend or range... 1 may have a more extended period then the other but esentially..that s all there is to it. Also, the market is there to facilitate comerce, trade, exchange between big firms, corporations, nations, to keep the economies stable..has nothing to do with SMC or all that BS going around. We as retail are liquidity..Really???

The props firms are bad...sure!!! Go trade with brokers. U ll have no more DD rules, no max DD, let s see in how much time u can compound whatever amount u scramble to thro in a live broker account. Same with Funding Talent, a lot of noise here, then after a few days life goes on and everything is dandy. Make sure u have more then just 1 firm, something to fall back on. then if this crap happens again u r prepared. whinning isn t gonna help any1/

I think this case is different from FT because FT failed by itself for being a poorly managed company, without consequences for the industry, while MFF has been halted by regulator action, which may indicate that more companies can follow, people will avoid US and CA props for the moment, causing them to colapse, props outside US and CA may start denying customers from US/CA, props may change terms, EU and UK may follow US, strict legislation can come, etc.

There's a lot of possible (bad) consequences that didn't exist in FT case.

Imo they did exist also in FT s case as they didn t just tuck tail and run, i recall there was a court of law involved, wich could ve led to the same outcomes u just said. Moreover, am i to believe that CFTC of US doesn t have enough manpower to take on all the american prop firms all at once? there aren t that many..
They didn t need to, they could ve frozen their assests, sent subpoenas, create charges and set court dates just like they did with MFF. whY only go after MFF and let the others scramble for air? just dosn t make sence. Plus, i think there s gonna be a while till this case is done with, and after that still the Europeans might take a while to take action if anything.

But you see. They didn't mark up the spreads. The accusation is that they added "some sort of mark up". They don't know what it is, and it just looks like they have choked on a fatty not realizing what real market conditions are. This will be thrown out really fast with a simple positive slippage history. Even if 1 trade has positive slippage on an account in STP it means its a bs claim.

Also, the people that suposed to Regulate the markets don t know how the markets really work? what are they doing there then? we assume a lot of things but in the end it ain t gonna change the outcome of this crap. i don t know, it all just sounds a little fishy.
