Disliked{quote} Yes...gold is looking a little peaked right now...but I guess that would be expected after three solid days of buying... {image}Ignored
Dislikedwhat's that indicator on your chart?{image} you don't have to explain it if it's too complicated but if you have a link to somewhere that describes it i'd like to check it outIgnored
Disliked{quote} Very nice. Are you getting out soon? Unfortunately I stuck to my original profit target at 1308 and have been kicking myself in the ass since:{image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} It is a delta volume profile. It was made for cTrader and you can find it here...https://www.algodeveloper.com/product/volume-profile/. I had been searching far and wide for such an indicator that works on retail trading platform (mostly FX) but now use it on just about everything. It allows me to "see" the order flow/volume data in real time candle by candle (I use daily charts). I use something similar in futures trading that is far more accurate, but this allows for retail trading spot markets with far greater accuracy. {image}...Ignored

Disliked... If cTrader used EasyLanguage I'd give it a try. Seems like info others might not have. Accurate?Ignored
Disliked{quote} I use Tradestation for my futures trading (which is also an EasyLanguage) program. There is a gentleman that codes for volume profile on that platform and I'm sure it wouldn't take much to port it. {image} The best part is I can use it on tick charts and constant volume candles.Ignored
Disliked...Until tomorrow morning, my focus is on the economic event we all hope to conquer. NFP!Ignored
Disliked{quote} I don't even bother with it any more...I stay away on the first Friday of every month... I try to gain my weekly goal prior and if not...too bad. I've learned NOT to give away all my earnings on one volatile and extremely unpredictable session.Ignored
DislikedI couldn't agree more with the above comments!! Each of you have touched on a very important and fundamental reasons why Gold "should" continue higher. I might add that each of these things mentioned have all occurred within the last week to 10 days. I would dare say the market participants are getting tired of all the back and fourth. Trade tensions, currency strength (or lack thereof), political tensions (also driving trade tensions), and have decided that now is a good time to "set and forget" at least a portion of portfolios...just in case.Ignored
DislikedGold's dropping after a gap down. We are right around price levels just before Friday's NFP. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} I think that was to be expected after the late Friday announcement from Trump over agreement with Mexico. Pesos gapped down as well. On the larger screen...USD is testing new lows after breaking to new highs. I'm still bullish on gold but might have to wait a little longer for the almighty 1350 test.Ignored
