FxPro is a good broker but have high spreads. I was there for over 2 years but now I use ICMarkets --> low spreads but commission, but together slower as spread from FxPro. AND ICMarkets have ECN accounts.

" That is more or less what i have been facing with a recurrent issue with FxPro (which involves "Professionalism in conduct with clients" and "Ethics"). I am in contact with their support and compliance department for >20 days and lot of their support (including senior staff) has hidden behind silence or provided unrelated or canned messages....
~40 days have gone by and none of the following have provided resolution regarding an account issue. Nor they have accepted any mistake/s on their part involving unethical and wrongful blockade in processing of my deposit/s for more than 2 days than advertised 15 minutes/max. 1hour via a specific deposit method (thus causing me issues in my trading ability to implement my strategy/tests and causing me losses) :
1. Fxpro support account ([email protected])
2. Lianna Rumsey (Head of Customer Support at Fxpro ; [email protected] )
3. Peter Aust (Operations manager at Fxpro ; [email protected] )
4. Christina roussou (Head of Backoffice at Fxpro ; [email protected] )
5. Tom Heath (Fxpro Sales executive; [email protected] )
6. Edward Anderson (Fxpro UK Chief Sales Officer; [email protected] ) (Latest addition to the list)
Other than a couple of replies where they copy paste their canned/generic messages some of which are not related to the issue, they neither reply to specific succinct queries of mine(I am making a pdf/screenshots for readers with more details(on all the years of various small/big issues i had). Probably people love PDF's/screenshots here
) and most of the times do not reply at all. You will be surprised at the audacity & ego with which they do not care to answer questions via email and instead remain silent when issues appear (or hide behind "We were not able to contact you on phone" even after providing multiple contact numbers and instead not follow up the same issue via official email)NOTE that at least 4 times same issue happened in past and when complained, they apologized via email (see attachments)through 3rd parties in correspondence ( For e.g via a Fxpro sales executive on contacting their backoffice. Note this clever re-routing of who replies)
I escalated current issue to their "Compliance department"(link in quoted post) 35 days back and they replied with some *partial* resolution calling it a *Good-will gesture* (note the word) and the people handling that account (read 2nd last para below) have since not clarified anything on *multiple conditions* they placed on me for *partial* resolution, even after my ~6 emails ~5 days apart. Imagine
. Rather 11 days back a new person emails me> Ed. Anderson (FxproUK Chief Sales Officer) answering nothing on my queries & instead telling me that he could not reach my phone (as i said before, note the clever re-routing). I provided alternate numbers and even fulfilled their *conditions* to get done with this but still no one ever called/replied/resolution-provided since ~10 days. Suprises every day I think i will repeat what other guy said above i.e they hide behind the wall of silence as thats very convenient for them while they provide bad support service/s while they sit with "we-dont-care" attitude.
If any of you guys get bambozzled by Fxpro's usual support and get weird/canned replies, your only option (FWIW) is just sending a clear complaint with proofs to their Compliance department (link in quoted post). Cyprus based compliance appears to be an eyewash (as same support people deals with it) but you *might* get some valid reply (if lucky) from the FCA regulated one (ONLY if you have an account with their UK branch)
Tip 2: Avoid trying to resolve an issue via phone or chat(Always correspond with an official email account/designated officer fwiw) If the former, inform the caller and record the call as proof for yourself.Tip 3: Never go by comments (forget reviews) of new/low-post-count usernames. PR team of any broker has enough resources to spawn such accounts. Some brokers find that unethical but some don'tP.S. i will update in a while as still waiting to see to what extent their support can be lame/insulting to customer issues/problems.

1. He has neither sent any email reply to me NOR contacted me on the other number provided (Both phone numbers work fine ) on whatever he wants to discuss specially on phone. 13 days have gone by and he has not called. In case international calls are very costly for fxpro, let me know the "exact" number i should call for contacting the people who handle this case (not the generic support numbers)
2. Further your "Compliance" has also neither replied for 35 days nor did resolve the issue as they promised, even after i have fulfilled the multiple conditions they put on me , on this specific issue
As for expecting replies from your support including Lianna@FxPro or Lianna Rumsey (Head of Customer Support at Fxpro; [email protected] ), they are very good for salutations like "Dear" and "Kind regards" only
They rarely reply on specific queries to official email address, when an issue pops up, other than ofc the usual generic copy paste templatesSo, please show some professionalism and reply to customers. Thanks and "very very very" kind regards
