Dont made up sma....big money traders dont look an "sma 1024"... you must trade only pro tools... gl hf

Most of my trades / work are for research purposes. Currently focused on Gold only. I might apply my research on other pairs in future.

I always wanted to be only an investor, but, markets had other plans for me.

I out all out....take 1 was out in sma300...and take 2 out in nas100 new low.... I leave only 5% for the market

Hi WaleedMy style of trading doesn't rely on any special precision-based software, fibs, bats etc etc, or any complicated set of rules that requires a PhD to comprehend.Horizontal support and resistance lines and knowing the TREND are really all anyone needs imo and forms the basis of my assessments.Price history (s & r), trend and price will tell us exactly what we need to know to make an informed decision on which way price is likely to go, its just a question of trusting yourself instead of a ton of indicators which are only telling you what you already know anyway.

hi nitsan seeing a good level to short oil, tried ur strategy and its coming at 101.33 with the target at 98.19 what u think thanks, cant post pic cos just learning to draw the lines lol thanks

You can try short c_oil in 101.50...there you have fibo 78.6 daily plus pivot point....

I agree.. i like to keep my trading simple too (s/r candlesticks etc)... Price action is king! but i use fibs for confluence...plus also fundamentals...and here I am getting doubleminded about gold... technically i can see the bulls taking over perhaps even to the levels that you said, but there is no real fundamental reason for it to go up...which makes me cautious and skeptical... (at the end of this could be a contrarian play...for all the bears)

Simple is best, and two facts exist which support that simplicity at present to consider your forward planning.

1. We have a support layer

2. We have an underlying uptrend

My personal plan will be to continue adding buy orders against suitable buy signals (I personally like using lower t/f to help determine that , once again using s & r levels )

Either way I, I am committed to the long side in this market until such time that my criteria is invalid.

Thats how I do it, but clearly we all have different approaches and different levels of patience and different levels of risk that we are comfortable with.

There is no "one way" to trade as we know, and we have to find the way that suits our personality thats all.
