thx, but as i see it the signal line felt below zero and retraced back up and price retraced from the ema50/ema100 zone. But like you say not every trade will result in TP. Keep posting your entries pls, its a perfect guidance into this method.

This kind of thing can be avoided if you know where you are in the trend. I.e if you are approaching old resistance, previous day high or session etc...

I prefer to enter the trend at the beginning hence why EMA flip is what I like to focus on and get in early.

The later I enter in the trend the more likely SL could happen.

Also for me if i get 2 losses in a row then I sit on my hands and wait for either price to reverse or for a htf high to break

This is if trading in an uptrend

As a signal, it complies with the rules. I entered the transaction and put the SL point above the previous highs

I thought like this: There was a serious accumulation in the area where the second transaction was stopped. If I had placed sl at the first peak, the tp point would be below the region where this accumulation occurs. If I think the price will break down here, it is likely to go down even further. That's why I put it on top of the previous hills to be safer. In this case, it is of course a risk that I placed my TP point further away.

how far do you look back when you do the analysis? I mean how far do you look to the left side? Just a few hours or to previous day or so?

Hello, I don't actually do much analysis. The intersection of the EMAs shows the direction of the trend according to our strategy. Since I trade at 1 m, I sometimes look at where we are in the price in htf, which is a match of 1 m, at 15 m. As XWISITK2001 said, I identify yesterday's highs and lows. Although emas confirm the trend, when the price reaches yesterday's bottoms and tops, they can react and reverse the trend. The main logic of the strategy is that it allows us to enter transactions in the continuation of the trend. So, if there is a trend, it makes a profit. Otherwise, if it goes horizontal, losses occur in this strategy. Therefore, when the price pulls back, it crosses the zero line in the opposite direction of the signal line and then falls below the zero line in the trend direction, I enter based on volume. For example, I would not enter the following transaction in ferjptrader's last post. Because the emas do not seem to have a full intersection. This is my opinion, it does not bind anyone or justify me. Everyone is free to interpret the system in their own way.

Thanks for commenting, actually, afterwards I zoomed in on the chart and verified that the trend was still downward, I had a stop loss on this trade because I didn't pay attention to that.
