I had that problem with the MGforex wireless program, but then it was because I had very weak internet service. So it was no surprise when rates are always changing. So now when I trade live using my iphone, I only do it when the market is slow.

You have have to keep in mind thats only adjusted net capital. So there are companies out there that have more in the bank but show less in their Adjusted net capital report.
