As far as I know, these "free" charting packages are tied to the provider (broker) of the software. But if you would buy the charting software yourself, you could choose any data feed you would want. (and probably pay for that too)

If I won't find any free and good charting software for FX, I too will open my account at Interbank FX. (they are a no dealing desk type of broker)

I don't have a system yet, but I've read in Van K. Tharp's book (Trade Your Way to Financial Freedom) about setting the optimum % risk. But he did not mention how to do this.
