ok, so that's a "no movement either way" when SCOTUS rules on the tariffs. Got it. Personally, I think it'll move the markets. But I could make a case for diametrically opposed scenarios. So, they stike down the IEEPA tariffs and a) markets rally because the tariffs are a burden on most companies who import stuff, as they are eating part of that cost; or, b) markets tank, because that's just one more level of uncertainty, as nobody knows how the IEEPA tariffs will be replaced, or how long that'll take.

Anyway, despite what polymarket might say, I'd bet SCOTUS giving Trump a pass has a narrow edge...

Look at Friday’s straddle price, the market doesn’t care either way. It’s either approved and nothing changes, or disapproved and the White House just uses a different law to do the exact same thing. Either way nothing significant changes.
