The Labor Department, however, on Friday released one key report ahead of its meeting: the Consumer Price Index. The markets can move up but not in a sharp way. In my opinion, the big money orders have not been activated yet and they can move down and then the market can start moving up. According to my analysis, the markets can enter their own upward movement in about 2 months.

They will cut and most likely imply another cut is coming.

Stocks will fly, as they have non stop for 6 months. Many firms calling for much higher prices from here. Everything that’s thrown at this market just pushes it higher.

I can’t think of anything that can stop this bull market. I imagine there is something theoretically that could make stocks go down, but it seems like this market has no choice but to just suck everyone in until there is no one left to buy.

That’s what happened in 1999. Look at that chart, we had a vertical move up near the end. We haven’t even had a blow off top yet, who knows how far this thing can go.

Correct. The end of the momentum trade and the terminal point is very difficult to predict, but of course it’s coming. Markets rarely top out on bad news, so it’s logical to infer that the top will occur with some sort of euphoric good news. That will signal the top as all immediate and medium term good news will have finally gotten priced in. It could be the end of the war in Ukraine, maybe a deal with China, maybe an AI breakthrough that can be used to justify all of the infrastructure spend that already happened.. something like this will be the blow off top.

The fed should not cut rates without being data driven, but, we all know it is not going to happen. Fed is scared of being independent.
