seems u missed i was been sarcastic to Bakker with his post. i know sanctions don't work. it is proven from history that sanctions cause wars. peace happens when countries trade between each other and don't want war as they have would lose the trade they have going. - when sanctions start and trade stops than countries have nothing to lose - example. ww2 with Japan and US put sanctions on its oil and oil flow stopped and short time later it bombed pearl harbour.
Bakker has a problem with thinking Russia is the bad guys from been misled by the media. the bad guys is the west and the US in particular - the US has started more wars than any other country in the last 50 years - the world needs to isolate the US till it mends it ways - the 17 US intelligence agencies cause so many problems overseas that they need to be disbanded - they are the deep swamp of the US

Well that's a point. I also seem to remember something about nearly 200 US military bases in over 50 countries. That is micro managing just a tad, me thinks, but I may be wrong.
