Feds has always pride themselves as data dependant, and tasked w a dual mandate of keeping inflation and unemployment low.

Data is now showing inflation at pre covid levels where funds rate is only at 2% instead of the 4.5% now.

Unemployment rate and claims have both ticked up as well, w the unemployment claims near pandemic level.

Debt on the otherhand has exceeded pandemic level and almost at the GFC level.

All these and still not rate cut? Thats not data dependant.
