Interest rate hikes were just another tax in this cycle. Haven't dealt with the inflation at all. Purchasing power of the Euro collapsed through the floor and will continue to fall even lower. Personal and government debt has skyrocketed in the EU.

Basically, ECB has failed miserably and should be ended as soon as possible as they have destroyed the lives of a large majority of Europeans.
