For the moment, there is NO DIRECTION on any of the timeframes.

Please do NOT enter the market SHORT or LONG as of yet.

On the 2 Hour, the market has given us a High. Therefore, the market is Short below 1186.72 with a Retracement level @1182.50.

On the 4 Hour, the market is Short below 1180.39 with a Retracement level @1180.32.

Caution on your Short entries: the 8 Hour has given us a Low which implies that for the Short market to continue, the market is now required to move below 1178.21.

On the 8 Hour the market is Long above 1178.21 with target being the Long level @1185.78 on the Day.

The Day remains Bearish below 1185.78 towards Demand @1175.32.
Using the FIA, traders need only "Sell the Highs" & "Buy the Lows".

Under current market conditions, most trades you would be looking at now offer a poor RRR.

Notice the direction on the 4 Hour timeframe is now Long and has reversed from the previous chart which indicated the market direction was Short.

The 4 Hour timeframe now aligns with the 8 Hour timeframe in terms of market direction which is Long.

At this point, we would only consider entering the market Short, if and only if, the market managed to move below 1178.21 (i.e. the Short level on the 8 Hour timeframe).

So, just to make it clear, if you had access to lower timeframes, you definitely would have had the benefit of an early signal to go Short even before the news.

One of the key benefits of the application is the ability for traders to trade in ALL market conditions whether:

(1) the market is trending long or short, or

(2) the market is consolidating which is 60-70% of the time, or

(3) there is news or no news.

In other words, there is no "blackout" period for traders who trade using the FIA.

i keep hearing about it but not seen it yet. when do we get to become part of the privledged ?

My post was not directed at you but at the broader audience. So I thank you for giving me the opportunity to mention it.

As for our conversation, I have not forgotten but have to wait on my technical staff (the person responsible is currently mildly ill - let's say) to get back with the answer to my request.

Here the Short level @1187.42 indicates the next level the market must reach to remain Long above the Long level @1181.98 on this timeframe. Failure of the market to reach the Short level and a return below 1181.98 will indicate the end of the Long market following which the status indicator will read "High".

If the market does push above the Short level @1187.42, the application will automatically calculate the next level high.

This level has changed and now reads 1188.33.

so you have the "high" on H2 and market is long on H2?

As mentioned in my previous post, the market must now attempt to breach this level @1188.33. On this timeframe (i.e. the market may be Short on lower timeframes), the market is Long as long as it remains above 1181.98.

Kindly advise which timeframes possess the most important levels, as looking at limitless timeframes at a time may lead to paralysis of analysis.

You always analyze the timeframes from a lower to a higher timeframe.

The basis for this is that nothing happens on a higher timeframe unless it happens first on a lower one.

Consequently, for us now market play is happening on the 2 Hour timeframe.

Note: the market will post a new candlestick on the 2 Hour timeframe in approx. 4 min.
