unfortunately, That is not a dmi cross or at least what my dmi cross indicator is showing. I have taken a jpeg of my indy for your perusal. I it shows the same crosses as mine, then good, that's what I need

Dear Sir,

Sorry for Confusion, I have corrected my mistake in Maximimize profit. Attached visual presentation for your reference.

2) Maximize profit function

This function will move TP & SL to next level when price is near to current TP(Trigger distance)


The Maximize Profit has 3 sections to set.

MTP - No of pips to move the take profit to the next level
MSL - No of pips to set the SL at trigger
Trigger - Distance in pips of the trigger area. This area is subtracted from the current take profit value
Level - number of levels that the Maximize Profit will have. So as that many times TP will be moved.

For example,
MTP- 50 pips
MSL-30 pips( It should be more than Trigger pips)
Trigger- 20pips
Level -3


With above setting if our buy order is 138.00 and initial TP was 139.20(120 pips) and initial SL was 137.40 (60 pips). Once price reach to 139, that 20pips from our initial TP then it triggers this function.

Level 1 triggered and TP move to 139.70(50 pips) and SL move to 138.90(30pips from previous TP). Once maximizing profit triggers JSL function should not work. Even if we set it true.

Then if price move in favor and go to 139.50, That is 20 pips distance from TP. Then it triggers level 2

Level 2 TP =140.20 SL 139.40

If price go again in favor upto 140 then It trigger level 3.

Level3 TP =140.70 SL 139.90. Same will be followed till the time no of level mentioned in parameter.

Price Imbalances Indicator
The idea is simple by it self, the main objective is: Detect Price Imbalances Very Early through Spread Fluctuations:
- If, Spread Fluctuation is more/less than 35% (Percentage to be entered manually) of the Typical Spread (To be entered manually) ... Then, Indicator should paint a Circle
- The Circle should be smaller or bigger, and colored in alignment with percentage of the fluctuation

  1. Example 1: If, fluctuation is -40% (less than) of Typical Spread [i.e. typically it is 2, and now showing 1.2], means difference is 5% from defined fluctuation percentage above (35%) ... Then, Indicator should paint a small RED circle
  2. Example 2: If, fluctuation is +40% (more than) of Typical Spread [i.e. typically it is 2, and now showing 2.8], means difference is 5% from defined fluctuation percentage above (35%) ... Then, Indicator should paint a small GREEN circle
  3. Example 3: If, fluctuation is +60% (more than) of Typical Spread, means difference is 25% from defined fluctuation percentage above (35%) ... Then, Indicator should paint a medium GREEN circle

- The circle should be the biggest when fluctuation reach the maximum = 100% - Defines Fluctuation%

  1. Example: If Defined Fluctuation is 35%, then Circle should be largest when difference is +/- 65%

- Calculations should be at 1min time frame, means, to calculate the Max Spread size, and Min Spread size at the 1min. time frame, and paint the Circle if the Rules apply at Bar closing at the middle of the M1 Bar, keeping in mind that this should happen in the background while we are trading on H1 or H4, ... and the circle should be visible on the H1 or H4 TFs.

I think

1) APB/HA exit will be easy to code but MPTM is a monster to make any changes.

2) This feature is available in another trade manager I tested before. Let me search for this and PM you.

Hello,

I have a question, is there any way for MT4 to show closed candles only? maybe with an indicator or script
I have found that price ticking everytime is somehow distracting when trading the lower timeframe, I think it will be a lot more objective if the chart show closed candles only.

just simple enough..
BUY
open buy when the green star appear and close when the red star appear
SELL
open sell when the red star appear and close when the green star appear

timeframe M15, size 0.01 lot

i know this is sound classic and stupid, there will be many losses from there but i think the profits gonna cover it.
or just add some allert when the star appear.
if anyone willing to do this i really appreciate it. thanks

there are lots of trademanagers available which do what you are looking for, for example the mptm (multi purpose trade manager) by steve hopwood et. al ...

can you code a configurable rsi cross ma(not rsi cross rsi) with popup sound/alert, have searched hi & lo for 1 with no luck
also, an OBV cross ma with pop alert, accumulation/dist cross ma w/alert

Hey Guys,
I am new here and I can't start new thread yet, but I need help with codig indicator for MT4, what I need is to make a custom indicator line for synthetic currency with the following calculation:

(currency symbol1 + currency symbol2)/(currency symbol1 - currency symbol2)

Is this possible?

The mathematical algorithm of the above indicator line is:

synthetic currency=(x+y)/(x-y)
where x = currency symbol1
where y = currency symbol2

Metals in currency strength indicator.
Hi,
I use: CCFp_v1.0.2cvert

HOW to change a currency in the CCFp_v1.0.2cvert. I opened F4 to change the currencies. I do not see a currencies list, neither a Showsignal list where to change the various currencies. Indeed, I want to trade USDSEK, USDMXN and XAUUSD. See also worddoc enclosure {file}
