hi,Magix,i have a good idea for trade,please help me to make an ea,the system like this:bb(19,2),oama(12,26,9),when price break though bb,at this time the osma is under the zero line ,we wait the candle close ,when the candle close and the osma is under zero line ,we trade short,and the long is versa ，any pair，any TF，we can add the Martingale，30mimFT 15-30pips for the profit I recommend。。。。

Hi Andi, thx for your interesting offer.

I hope you can make an EA that can do following:
1. find 4 consecutive bullish or bearish candles
2. if the last one (the forth) has a bigger body (just the body) than the previous one (the third) AND the volume of it is less than the volume of the previos one
3. open an order in the reverse direction at start of next candle, i. e. buy order if the consequence was bearish and vice versa.
4. TP and SL certain pips above/under last fractals (choosing of number of pips has to be available)
5. If the forth candle did not match the conditions of body and volume but the direction has continued without interruption, EA has to examine each next candle (fifth, sixth, and so on) until finding one which matches the conditions to open an order.
6. Trailing Stop and break even options should be available.

Hi,

I've been looking everywhere but I can't find a zigzag or swing indicator which draws the up and down legs a different colour (like in the attached picture). Does anyone know where i can find one (or make one up) please?

Hi, I'm looking for an indicator, if someone can help, I would be very grateful.

Its similar to a tool in MT4 which is called CYCLE LINES (click here to see) It allows you to draw vertical lines by clicking and holding the left mouse button on the chart. What I am after is the same but instead of vertical lines I would like to draw them horizontally. Can this be done, anybody know of this kind of indicator/tool?

Hi,
You can do that using the built in horiztonal line tool in the Metatrader platform, simply apply one standard Metatrader horizontal line then double click on it hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard then drag the line with your mouse with the left mouse button down to the new position on the chart then release the mouse button and you will have a new horizontal line then repeat as many times as required. Works with any of the Metatrader platform lines angled,vertical or horizontal.

Thank You for your reply. I know how to duplicate the horizontal lines using the ctrl/mouse keys but doing it this way makes the spacing between each horizontal line different, unless i manually input the numbers on each line.

Using the Cycle Line tool in mt4 makes the spacing exactly the same when you stretch them apart. Its hard to explain it like this but the best way for you to find out what I mean is to open the Cycle Line tool and place it on your chart. I am after exactly the same tool but instead of the lines stretching vertically/side to side, i want them horizontally/top to bottom.

Any help would very much appreciated.

Hi My Friend Mrafzal, there is 2 ways to create constant/fixed range of horizontal lines you can use Indicator to do that (round number/sweetspot indicator) I attach bellow, or you can use object tools just like Cycle line tool, like fibo retracement or fibo channel but this tools has limitation of 32 lines and also you must use percentage input to determine your level range.

If you use my MTH SweetSpot, you can set your starting price for example in EU you can input 1.3600 , then set the main level as 1000 (100 point range) and set sublevel like 250 (25 point), with this setting you will get fixed 25 point range horizontal lines starting count from 1.3600 above and bellow it, and you can set how many horiz line you need (for default is 1000 lines above the starting price and 1000 lines bellow it). and also you can change the line colors with different color for main horiz line level, and above/bellow sublevel lines.

You can use more than one instance of this horiz line builder indicator if you need it, just set each indicator with different ID number, so the indicator will manage only its own horiz lines.

Thank You for taking the time to reply. I downloaded the indicator and attached it to my 1hr chart, but unfortunately I could not see it. It was in the indicator list. I tried to change the settings but still not could not see it.

It work for me for years.. my friend.. your problem maybe related to windows 7 virtual folder if you install your MT4 within default windows program folder. my indicator compiled with MT4 build 509.

btw, if you want to use tool like cycle line, try to use Fibo Retracement, change input level for example -5,-4,-3,-2,-1,0, 1,2,3,4,5 etc

Can somebody help me please with a modification to one or both or make one out of two (whatever is easiest and workable) of the following indicators please?

You’ll observe in the pic below where a number has been placed at the tops and bottoms of the CZigZagClose indicator (white line). These are the accumulated volumes measured and rounded off to the nearest 1000 from the WeisWave2 indicator in the bottom window.

At present I’m entering the volumes manually and as you can imagine it is very time consuming particularly if I change time frames. I mainly use the Daily TF but would like the indicator to re-calculate and print the new values when and if I change TFs.

As I stated the values are cumulative. For example, starting at 95 – the second value in from the left where the Czigzag bottomed out on the close of the red candle. The next blue candle’s volume measured from the Weiswave2 indicator below was 93249 rounded to 93000 and for the purposes of keeping the values short, noted as 93. The next candle’s volume was 185987 rounded to 186000 and noted as 186. The next (red) candle was 256931 rounded to 257000 and noted as 257. The final blue candle for that rally’s volume was 328488 rounded to 32800 and noted as 328. The final accumulated volume for the rally was 93+186+257+328 = 864 as seen on the pic.

Looking for someone, if it's even possible, to change this script into an EA. with only one change and that's to fix the option to set the number of trades that it will allow.

Maybe i can explain a bit more. Some mt4 platforms have max number of allowed trades set to 100 and others seem to have no limit. this script when put in the experts folder will place 100 trades which is fine but on other brokers it just places trades constantly, i need to be able "top it out" where i want

I am using the MA-Angle indicator in my trading which I found on the internet and it helps me to stay out of non trending markets and trade with the trend.
Could someone add an alert option (sound, email). I expect it to trigger when the color changes from yellow (non trending) to trending (Green or red).

I have searched for other versions of this really good indicator and have not found one with alerts. Right now I am watching my screen 24/7 for signals..

I really appreciate if somone can help to add the alerts in the indicator.

Hi MQL4 experts,

I am looking for a MA bounce indicator ( of a specific type ). I have seen many MA bounce indicator but the one I seek for should be able to indicate the following :

Supposing I have more than one Moving Average on any TF chart. I want the indicator to indicate a bounce of any of / or either / or all bounce of the Moving Average.

( What I mean specifically is that my chart has 3 Moving Averages x, y and z. The indicator should indicate the touch and bounce of either X or Y or Z or maybe any two or maybe all 3 as per the present position of the candle in the chart.) The candle may bounce of maybe one or two or three or maybe any two moving averages at a given time. This indicator should indicate the bounces. Is this possible. Is there any bounce indicator of this type or kind already available ( If any body is aware please post the indicator or link etc to enable me to download the same ). If bounce of the indicator should be indicated as .. Bounce of 7 EMA OR Bounce of 7 and 27 EMA AND / OR Bounce of 7 , 27 and 50 EMAs etc. The EMA periods should be user input to enable changes as and when desired.

I would like an EA that will, buy or sell each day based on the following conditions:

Buy on today's Close, if today is UP and Sell when today is Down. The actual buy or sell will take place in the last 5-10 min of the closing of the trading hours.

Close the position on tomorrow with 20-50 points as TP. This could be a variable so that I can optimize it.

May be this kind of EA exists, but I am unable to find by search. I would be thankful if someone could code this ea or point me in the right URL. Thanks.

I would appreciate, if some coder could make following changes to this indicator.

It is a risk to reward display and line indicator (see attached screenshot)

1) What this indicator does is when you attach it to your chart it draw three lines entry, sl and tp and the risk to reward ratio is set to 1.5. I could drag all three lines and place it in their desired spot and after next tick it updated entry, sl and exit according to new setting and display updated information on screen. However, the problem is when you change chart time let's say from 5 minute to 15 minute it forget all previous settings and come back to basic one and I have to reset all three lines again and again. If it is possible to do some amendment, so that all lines and risk to reward ratio and other information is unchanged despite of time change or closure of platform.

2) You will notice that this indicator calculate risk, tp, sl based on account equity in MT4. What I want is an option in the indicator input to put desired equity and it calculates risk, tp, sl based on that number rather than account equity in MT4. The reason I want this option is I am trading on other platforms beside MT4 so if I want to trade based on my desired equity rather than what is on my MT4 account.
