The U.S. interest rates are falling and gold is rising. I think that the sentiment on the treasury is overly negative and this might favor the gold. The graph shows the net short exposure of small investors.

A break below 1250, fall to test 1240. In my opinion we move back to consolidate in low 1210 area.

How is the US news going to affect gold tomorrow?
Some says that the value of US trade and the weekly uNemployment claims will remain unchanged.

Hello people.

I just signed up today.

Here's my thoughts on Gold. (My first post)

The uptrend may be expected to continue while gold is trading above support level 1257, which will be followed by reaching resistance level 1278.

An downtrend will start as soon, as the pair drops below support level 1257, which will be followed by moving down to support level 1243.
Supports: 1257, 1243
Resistances: 1278

Gold is just sitting at 1243 after its fall. Not looking positive, may continue to fall tomorrow. Depends what happens in the Australian session, they might push it up a bit before it drops again.

Also BECARFULL the non-farm payrolls are coming out this Friday, should be interesting.
