I don't pay much attention to them. "Sometimes" they get it right but for me, CNBC = Certified Nitwits Broadcasting Crap. But then, I'm a chart trader so I could be wrong.

-all representatives of government have known these acts since 2006---congress aprroved
-no one is listening to individual phone call and if they need to federal judge approval is needed
-looking at numbers and duration
-inet emails do not apply to usa residents

1) But the game has changed and now they are targeting all Americans as well. Congress NEVER agreed to that.

2) Yes they need (or say they do) a federal judge to actually "listen" to them but why every American now? Why not just those who are suspect?

3) Perhaps there are numbers folks don't want them to see. Unless I'm suspected of something illegal, why should they see them?

4) Under the NSA "Meta Data" program yes, just numbers and duration AND GPS location. BUT! Under the much less known "Prism" program, ALL EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, INTERNET USE, CONTENT such as pictures, videos, DOCUMENTS, EVEYTHING are being intercepted and stored in the new mega center in Utah.

5) NOT COOL!! Especially since this President and his posy have made it CLEAR they cannot be trusted via the Bengasi debacle, The IRS scandal targeting ALL politically opposed citizens, top level officials lying to the people and the congress investigations and SO much more. Nope, they have cast a very wide net and it's NOT COOL at all.
