Do not forget that the shaded areas are suppose to appear only when the value exceeds the treshold of 0.8....it has nothing to do with the cross of the currency lines between them...

I tried that just to see if it would work but its obvious it doesn't.

I'm not sure but I think the author of CSSDiff posts on Hopwoods forum. Check with him and see if he can or somebody over there would do it.

Search for an indicator named "NT TMA-CSS-CP.ex4" its very similar and has popups and email coded into it.

How about a MTF PRICE ACTION INDICATOR. See www.customisedtrading.com

These indicators look good but they are for tradestation.

Hi Guys
I have just spend the last four hours searching for a email function for the McIndicator with no luck. I have tried Hanovers email alert DIY code but had no luck my programming skills is sub zero.

Could someone please look at it all I require is an email on off function.

All right, I'm going to give this a try as well... please let me know when you don't understand...

It would be nice to have this EA close the trade when:

1. as soon as a trade goes in the opposite direction (so goes into minus $$) after the commission. So, you put in the trade, you accept the commission, let's say -25 and it trades to zero and up. When it goes back it now puts in a s/l automatically but not if the profit is close to zero. It should stop out at zero regardless.

2. When it trades in the opposite direction after the commission, so let's say it goes from -25 (commission) and further to -35 and -50, it should stop at the commission plus 5, so minus 30.

Does that make sense? Hope you can help me!!

I have only been trading this idea live for the month of September. It is very easy to visually backtest, though, which is how I derived my settings. I wish there was some way to better show this, but I can tell you my sept. standings are at about 200 pips net profit right now. That number would be quite different with the ability to move the stop to SL at 7 pips postive, and if BE was hit, the same pending orders placed immedietely, about 600 pips net profit, month to date. I don't mind manually placing the trades myself, it's just I'll never be able to implement the BE SL after 7 pips thing.
If you want, I can compile my trades for so far this month.
Too close for pips, switching to points.

Could you add different colored levels to this RSI? For example, I'd like to have levels 20 and 60 red, 40 and 80 green - all dashed lines.

Hi if you have no luck here drag 2 or 3 RSI indicators from the indicators folder onto the same window changing each to the level and colour you require and the rsi line on the other to no line which is an alternative.

Hi,
I have a question regarding my EA. I hope that some of you can shed light on it. I have been trading for 6 years but this is the first time that I used an EA. The EA was coded and it worked beautifully on strategy tester (used on daily candles and trades are designed to stop at the days close). But once, I loaded it on my VPS, it started showing odd behavior. Sometimes the pending orders will open, other times they do not. I checked to see if all parameters, trade size are Ok. they seem correct to my knowledge. What in your opinion may be a possible reason for the anomaly? I know that I'm asking too much without posting graphs. BUT maybe someone can give me an idea...THANKS.
Note: I haven't been able to contact the original programmers who did the EA.

Hi, I can't reproduce the issue you've mentioned.
For me both alert and e-mail look like:
"Master Candle detected on EURUSD at candle: 2012.09.20 18:34"
How does it look like for you, can you copy/paste the full string?

Believe it or not after reloading the indicator and restart of my computer after some updates the indicator produces the correct date and time only down fall is I recieve multiple alerts (one per pair) and have to look through all pairs to find which one alerted as the indicator does not specify the currency pair triggered.
