Bro is 100% right. he knows what he istalking about. The only time it is worth trying to trade is when the Fed is involved, but that comes with high risk it is basically a bit of a gamble, haha.

Love you bro, and gambling is exactly what we're trying to avoid for long term success. But I can't lie, sometimes even I get tempted if a good enough setup is being formed. I lost a trade day before to this. Market really does get less probable.

I’ve noticed similar behavior around major market sessions as well. The increase in liquidity before the NY open can definitely create some sharp moves, but it’s always interesting to compare these patterns over a longer period.

Regarding trading sessions and how they behave. I highly recommend keeping a record wherever you like of what happens during specific sessions each day. Here are the things I personally note down:
1. Is there any manipulation during the session? If so, during which one?
2. When do strong, rapid movements occur?
3. General conclusions drawn from the session.
It may seem like a trivial detail, but in the long run, it can provide more insight than you might expect.

Jamieson Greer, the US trade representative, just announced that the Trump administration “is imposing tariffs on more than 80 countries for their failure to impose and effectively enforce a prohibition on the importation of goods produced with forced labor.”
